High alumina brick is a neutral refractory material with an alumina (Al2O3) content of not less than 48%. They are manufactured from high-alumina bauxite and other raw materials through processes of molding and high-temperature sintering, exhibiting characteristics such as high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and high strength.

Performance Advantages
• High Temperature Resistance
The fire resistance reaches 1750-1790℃, and the long-term service temperature can reach more than 1300℃;
• Corrosion Resistance
As a neutral refractory, it can resist the corrosion of acid and alkaline slag;
• Structural Strength
The cold crushing strength is 50-80 Mpa, the load softening temperature is 1420-1550℃, and it is not easy to deform at high temperature;
• Thermal Resistance
The internal mullite crystal structure is dense and the thermal shock resistance is good.
Application
• Metallurgical Industry: Linings for blast furnaces, hot blast stoves, and electric furnace tops.
• Building Materials Industry: Cement rotary kilns, regenerators in glass melting furnaces.
• Chemical Industry: Cracking furnaces, reformers, and other high-temperature reaction equipment.
Relying on the advantages of mineral resources in Shangjie District, Zhengzhou City, the "aluminum capital", our company adopts high-purity bauxite, fused corundum and other raw materials to ensure product quality from the source. The high alumina bricks produced by Huaxiang Refractories can not only meet the requirements of long-term stability in high-temperature industrial kilns, but also adapt to the corrosive environment under complex working conditions.
