High Alumina Bricks: High Temperature Industrial "Firewalls"

High alumina brick is a neutral refractory material with an alumina (Al2O3) content of not less than 48%. They are manufactured from high-alumina bauxite and other raw materials through processes of molding and high-temperature sintering, exhibiting characteristics such as high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and high strength.

Performance Advantages

• High Temperature Resistance

  The fire resistance reaches 1750-1790℃, and the long-term service temperature can reach more than 1300℃;

• Corrosion Resistance

  As a neutral refractory, it can resist the corrosion of acid and alkaline slag;

• Structural Strength

  The cold crushing strength is 50-80 Mpa, the load softening temperature is 1420-1550℃, and it is not easy to deform at high temperature;

• Thermal Resistance

  The internal mullite crystal structure is dense and the thermal shock resistance is good.
