Refractory bricks are key refractory materials for high-temperature industries, and their quality comes from a strict production process:
1. Raw Materials
Selected high-quality raw materials are purified, crushed, ground, proportioned accurately, and mixed evenly to ensure stable and uniform mud.
2. Forming
The mixture is pressed into shape by brick presses. Different forming methods are used based on brick types, ensuring uniform density, no cracks or chips, and acceptable dimensional tolerance.
3. Drying
A step-by-step temperature-controlled drying process is used to reduce moisture content below 0.6%. This effectively prevents cracking and deformation during firing and improves the strength of semi-finished products.
