1. Targeted zoning application:

Different high-alumina bricks are applied according to kiln working conditions. Anti-spalling types serve transition zones against temperature fluctuation and airflow scouring. Alkali-resistant varieties are used in decomposition zones to prevent alkali erosion. Standard high-alumina bricks fit cooling zones and kiln hoods for working temperatures between 800℃ and 1400℃.

2. Reliable comprehensive performance:

With 75%-85% alumina content, the bricks withstand temperatures over 1600℃. Their high mechanical strength and thermal stability resist material scouring and chemical damage, reducing lining failure and extending maintenance cycles.

3. Standard installation optimizes service life:

Professional bricklaying, qualified expansion gaps and standard baking curves avoid thermal stress damage. Reasonable kiln operation further reduces local overheating and erosion to maximize brick service performance.

4. Excellent cost-performance:

High-alumina bricks adapt well to complex rotary kiln conditions. They minimize unplanned shutdowns and lining replacement costs, stabilize kiln thermal conditions and help cement plants achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
